How Best To Receive Distant Attunements

Its a question I am frequently asked how to receive distant chi ball attunements ?

As you probably know most attunements come with a manual which describes how the attunement is to be received however and it does happen occasionally the founder hasn’t included this information.

To accept a distant attunement when their is no acceptance speech included in the manual:

I suggest preparing by playing or listening to a grounding or healing meditation ( whichever is most appropriate ) the day before or just before your acceptance

( With all of my distant attunements I send either healing meditation music or a guided meditation for preparation and for use during the following days .)

When you are ready .. to receive the attunement(s) all you need to do is sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Take 5 deep breaths in through your nose ( if you can imagine each breath starting from the soles of your feet and flowing up to your heart area) ..

Hold the breath for a few seconds ..

and then breath out with a sigh through your mouth

As you breath out if you can think about, sense feel or imagine releasing any negativity or tension into the air to be transformed into something more positive ,.. or even recycled xx

After you have centered yourself or when you feel centered

Please say the following or very similar

“I Accept the attunement of the energies of ( state the attunement name and level if appropriate) which are being sent by ( state the name of your attunee eg if you receive an attunement from me this would be Kimberley Stapleton )

I ask that these energies flow through me with the strongest vibrational frequencies that I can handle .

And I ask that the Universal orb of light that has been created for me by ( state the name of your attunee eg if you receive an attunement from me this would be Kimberley Stapleton ) to surround me .. so that I am protected and blessed by the energies I am receiving

The energies of the system will automatically begin to flow and usually last around 20 - 30 minutes although some of my clients have reported the energy flowing for much longer

When you feel the flow of energy coming to an end or you would like to end it yourself .. reground yourself by once again closing your eyes and focusing on breathing from below your feet as you did to start with

Thank you guides and guardian angels ..

If at any time you would like to disconnect from the energy please place your feet on a flat surface and close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths in and repeat on each out breath " I disconnect from Attunement name energy " ..
You can then connect back to the energy anytime by pacing your feet on a flat surface .. taking 3 deep breaths and repeat on each in breath .. " I reconnect to ( attunement name) energy " ..

May I suggest that after an attunement from myself, if you listen to the meditation or guided recording I sent you this will act as a reinforcing trigger for the attunement as it is important to get back in touch with that energy frequently to keep it strong

What Are Chi Energy Balls?

Chi balls are energy balls.

When you request an attunement which is sent by chi ball I will create a unique ball of energy, containing the attunement of your choice.

Chi balls are a convenient method of receiving attunements and are just as powerful as in-person attunements they never expire and once a chi ball is created it will continue to exist until the energy it contains is called in by the receiver and activated.

Just so you know there are different types of chi balls

In Chinese medicine, chi refers to the life-force in all living things. It cannot be seen but is the energy within and around everything.

You can help heal another person by harnessing chi energy. One method of doing this is to envision a ball of chi, then send it to that person. Martial Arts such as Karate and Qigong also use this technique in certain exercises to focus and direct energy.

In Reiki a chi ball is a method of sending Reiki attunements and healings when you are not present with the client or student.

How does a chi ball work?
        Similar to distant Reiki sessions, I (or another person attuned to that specific energy) can form the healing or attunement into an energetic ball of Reiki. 

How do You call in a chi ball?
        Calling in a chi ball is super easy!  All you need to do is state to the Universe, I am ready to receive the chi ball from  fill in the name of the person sending it to you.  Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy the flow of energy!

How To Accept A Chi Ball Attunement

The first thing to do is to request that I prepare your chi ball attunement. Following your request, and once your attunement has been prepared, I will message you confirming the attunement is ready for you to accept. If you have purchased multiple attunements, you may want to consider which attunement you want to accept first.

Intention

The attunement process does not need to be complicated. The most important thing is to set your intention to accept the attunement and have realistic expectations. As long as you wholeheartedly want to accept the attunement and follow the intention statement below, you will receive your attunement.

Create Sacred Space

Creating a calm, peaceful and private space to accept your attunement is recommended to allow for clear intention to accept the attunement and make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Choose a space where you will not be interrupted for about half an hour. Don’t forget to switch off any devices that may distract or interrupt you such as mobiles, landlines, computers etc.

You may want to dim the lights as harsh light may be distracting. If you choose to light candles or burn incense, ensure that they are in a safe position.

You may like to play gentle, relaxing music to add ambience and energy. If you choose to play music, try and ensure the volume is low and there are no lyrics. Lyrics will pull you out of your relaxed state, which you want to avoid. 

Body Position

Consider the position your body is in when accepting your attunement. You may like to either be seated or lying flat on a bed.

If you prefer to sit, ensure you choose a comfortable chair with good back and neck support. You may also like to place your hands on each thigh with your palms facing upwards, although always ensure your hands are in the most comfortable position for you.

If you prefer to lie down on a bed, try to ensure that you support your neck and are comfortable. Don't worry if you drift off to sleep as long as you have set your intention before accepting the attunement.

You must be comfortable and relaxed, so your position is a personal choice.

Accepting The Chi Ball Attunement

When you are ready and comfortable, set your intention to accept the attunement (feel like you really want to accept the attunement). You will find the exact wording to accept your attunement in your manual. However the basic structure is as follows. Please state the following:

' I will now connect with [NAME OF ATTUNEMENT - INCLUDE LEVEL IF APPROPRIATE] and ask that I will receive the strongest energies that I can handle.'

As an example, if you want to accept the Kundalini Reiki attunement, you will use the following wording:

' I will now connect with the Kundalini Reiki attunement and ask that I will receive the strongest energies that I can handle.'

Set your intention to accept the attunement and relax and enjoy the experience, which will last between 5 - 10 minutes.

If you are visual, you may like to visualise the energies start to fill your being from the inside out. The more you connect with the energies, the brighter your being glows and reaches out of you. Picture yourself shining like a star.

Your intention is more important than the intention statements provided. Think about accepting the attunement and feel it with emotion, and you will receive the attunement in alignment with your intention. Please use any language you feel most comfortable in using. You can say the intention statements either out loud or in your head.

When the attunement is complete, you may feel it come to an end, or you might fall asleep during the attunement and wake up later. If your attunement is shorter or longer than this, don't worry and embrace the experience. The attunement will be what you need at that moment.

Post Attunement

You are a unique being, which means that your attunement will be unique to you at that time. With this in mind, try not to compare your attunement to others or judge your experience. Sensations, energies and experiences are all subjective and unique to your current perspective.

You may have felt subtle vibrations, warmth and possibly heard ringing in your ears, while some will have perceived nothing at all. This is entirely normal, and your attunement will be what is right for you, so if you don’t experience anything, please don’t worry. How do I know if my attunement worked?

Next Steps

Remember, an attunement is only the first step. It is now essential that you activate and use the energies as often as you can, at least daily or as instructed in the manual, in the beginning.

An attunement is only the first step in the process of activating and using the energies. The attunement permanently connects you to the energies, and yes, it may start a process of clearing and healing. However, you must use the energies once attuned to gain any potential benefit.

An attunement is not the destination, it is the start of a journey.

How To Activate Energies Following Your Chi Ball Attunement

Once you have accepted your attunement, it is highly recommended to activate the energies at least daily (or depending on what the manual instructs). This can usually be done very quickly through intention. What this means is that if you wholeheartedly want to use the energies and focus on this the energies will flow. One of the easiest ways to use intention to activate the energies once attuned is by utilising an intention statement such as:

‘[NAME OF ATTUNEMENT] ON!’ or if there is a specific level you want to activate you can say ‘[NAME OF ATTUNEMENT] level [STATE THE LEVEL] ON!’ 

Once you have used your intention statement focus on the flow of energy and truly want this. The energies will flow.

Most attunements must be activated regularly over days, weeks, months and sometimes even years depending on what you want to achieve. Attunements are energetic support tools, so need to be worked with regularly.

If you want to activate the energies for someone else, then hold the intention to do so, focus on the person you want to send the energy to and say something like:

‘[NAME OF ATTUNEMENT] ON for [NAME OF PERSON]!’ 

When sending energy to someone, please always gain consent before doing so.

Your intention is more important than the statements provided. Think about activating the energies and feel it with emotion, and the energies will activate in alignment with your intention. Please use any language you feel most comfortable in using. You can say the intention statements either out loud or in your head.

Some attunements use symbols, meditations etc. to activate the energies of the attunement. If this is the case, you will find details on how to use these methods in the manual provided with your attunement although intention will always be an essential aspect of activating energies.

What are chi balls good for?
        Chi balls are great for people that are not in person with one another and they want to share Reiki or attunements but are unable to coordinate a time to do it together.  Chi balls are also wonderful to “bank” for yourself for later or even send to someone on a continual basis. 

Is there is difference between chi balls and a regular distant attunement or distant healing session?
        Yes, there is no set time for a chi ball to be called in

A regular distant healing or attunement session is sent and called in as at specific time.

The beauty of the chi ball is that you are not tied to a particular time to receive your attunement or Reiki session, you can wait until the best time for you to call it in, when you are most relaxed and ready for it.

Do chi balls work?
        Yes!  I have had lots of wonderful feedback from clients and students of mine after sending them chi balls. 

Some people prefer their attunements or Reiki sessions in the form of a chi ball so they can just call it in on their own time.  It doesn’t matter to me how you prefer your attunement or session as the method of sending a chi ball and doing a distant attunement or Reiki session is the same amount of time and energy so either way works fine for me.

Are Reiki chi balls the same thing as qigong chi balls?
        Reiki chi balls are different then qigong chi balls in that qigong chi balls are filled with the practitioners own healing energies and Reiki chi balls are filled with Universal life force (IE Reiki) energy.  They are created in a similar fashion but they are not the same.

How does a Chi Ball in Reiki work?

Firstly, I create the chi ball with my hands and fills it with pure source energy, stating who the chi ball is intended for.

Once the chi ball exists I can then perform the attunement (sometimes using a proxy like a teddy bear or pillow) in exactly the same way as I would perform an in-person attunement but with the intention that the attunement be sealed in the chi ball until the person it is intended for calls it in.

The Chi Ball is then sealed and the energy inside protected and it is sent energetically to you to activate.

When you (the student) call in the chi ball you automatically activate the energies of the attunement and will be connected to and absorb the particular energy vibration it holds and you will be attuned, just as if it was an in-person attunement.

Why choose chi ball method?

• The chi ball method is convenient and just as powerful as in-person attunements.

• When you receive an attunement via chi ball you can call it in whenever you want and wherever you want to. This allows you as much time as you need to read and understand the manual, ask any questions and then prepare yourself in your time zone to receive the attunement in whatever manner is most agreeable to you

• .Once you are attuned to any system the connection is forever, however the more you use the energies the more powerful they will become. Being attuned is only the first step, it is important to use and internalise the new energies as much as possible.

What are attunements?

An attunement works on the understanding that everything is energy, including yourself.

There are certain types of energies that are more beneficial for certain things such as energy ranges that are best for abundance, clearing chakras, reducing stress etc.

We already have these energies as part of us (everything is energy, and we are all one), but may not be fully aware of or be skilled enough to access these specific energy ranges with the aim of bringing about a particular result. This is where attunements come in.

An attunement is an energy empowerment/initiation (sometimes called an 'light packets') that is passed from someone who has already been attuned to that energy frequency, to another person so that they may 'learn' that vibration ( energy frequency), connect with it and channel it in future.

Depending on the energy system that the attunement come from …It is possible to align with that energy frequency through various methods including chi balls, mantra, symbols, sounds, guided meditations and intention.

The attunement may simply be to initiate a subtle change to the vibration of the energy field of the recipient in order that they resonate more strongly with that energy.

When we are connected to these various vibrations, we can use them for healing work, during meditation and for spiritual development.

Energetic Attunements, Empowerments and Initiations are ways to gain access to a unique or specific energy, so that it can integrate into your energy body and energy field- then you will always be able to connect or work with it because you are given a direct connection to that specific energy- it’s frequency, vibration, energy signature, energy strain etc

Other attunements involve symbols, sounds, affirmations or guided meditations being imprinted into the energy field of the recipient – but the effect is similar – a symbol resonates at a particular frequency and allows for a particular facet of Universal Energy to be tapped into by the attunee.

Those attunements that involve the imprinting of symbols in the energy field open those new frequencies to the attunee – but they are not fully activated until the attunee works with those symbols.

For example, a number of symbols, sounds or affirmations are imprinted into the energy field during a Traditional Usui Reiki Level I attunement – however, they are not fully activated until the attunee begins to work with those symbols consciously in levels II and III.

During an attunement, the facilitator/Master acts as a conductor to channel the relevant energy to the recipient.

The spiritual guides and higher self of the recipient are requested to oversee the process and all attunements are sent in the spirit of Universal Love; that is, in accordance with the universal law of free-will and for the good of all.

Empowerment conferred during an attunement in this spirit cannot be abused or used to cause harm. Nor can it be 'forced' in advertently which could cause problems with assimilation and grounding were too much energy 'pushed' to a student.

The higher self, acts as a moderator in this capacity.

An attunement to a particular system lasts a lifetime; there is no need to be re-attuned on a regular basis.

However, your connection to the energy can falter and diminish if you do not work with those frequencies you are attuned to on a regular basis. In this instance, re-attunement can give you a 'kick start', but just beginning to work with those energies again will soon strengthen the flow and your natural resonance.

How Does a Distant Attunement Work?

Exactly the same way an in-person attunement works!

Distant attunements are a successful and powerful means of sending attunements.

In Reiki (for example) distant attunements in the beginning were a non-traditional technique but are a logical extension of distance healing and application of the Distance symbol, sound or affirmation.

Some people are just unfamiliar with quantum physics. In the world of energy, there is no such thing as time or space. Distant healing is based on Quantum Physics discoveries that energy is not restricted to any time and location.

It is possible to transmit healing energies over any distance and this form of healing is very effective.

Distant healing is an advanced form of energy healing and is generally performed by Reiki Masters, Shamanic Practitioners and Shamans.

However, many are quite skeptical about the process and I think if I hadn't experienced the sending and receiving of attunements and healing distantly I would be very skeptical myself!

My Own Journey With Attunements ( Skip this bit if you want to know more about distant attunements )

When I first started becoming interested in Energetic Attunements (in 2012) I wasn’t too sure about the whole thing!

This was before I became a Reiki Master/ Teacher. I also experimented with some free Attunements and Activations I found on YouTube. I did not have a full comprehension of the effects of those Attunements at that time in my life. I didn’t recognize or perceive the effects they had been having on me physically, spiritually, mentally and energetically. I didn’t have any previous knowledge of energy work before my Kundalini awakening that started in 2012

Becoming a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher assisted me with the knowledge and experience I needed to progress forward with energy work.

It guided me towards the teachers I needed to progress on this path. It helped me to balance, tune in, nurture, understand and use my energetic perception.

Eventually I started to experiment with other Attunements for other energy systems like Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Reiki and DNA Activations from different founders and the intense positive impacts continue on through to this day.

When I had my first DNA Activation I was impressed by all of the physical sensations that I experienced. Then came the clearing symptoms and the expansion of consciousness, upgrades and forward progress. After that settled I started doing DNA Activations on myself making up my own rituals.

I also found at this time that my profound knowledge of more traditional systems such as hypnotherapy, meditation & sound healing really helped strengthen my energy integration

The Usui Reiki Energy system helped me heal the source of many issues at core levels. Sometimes we need help going deeper and the Usui Reiki Attunements help with that.

They can have an intense clearing of anything no longer serving you and really clear out your energy channels. They also open up your psychic abilities which helped connect and strengthen my connection to all things energy ..

I received my first Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement, my level 2 and then Level 3 and Master Teacher Level.

Learning the system of Usui Reiki combined with practicing spiritual and personal development, Witchcraft, Past Life Regression, Self Work, Shadow Work, DNA Activations, Energetic Attunements etc have intensely helped me with soul growth, heal trauma, heal addiction, fast forward my Ascension, tune into my psychic abilities, expand my consciousness and so much more!

Now I have the privilege of having channeled some energy systems of my own!

During my whole life and even more since my dark night of the soul and Kundalini awakening I have always wanted to help others be the very best version of thier true selves .. on all levels .. and it has taken me took a few years to figure out how and to find the right teachers:) I’m still on that path

During this time my experience has been that there is no difference in receiving the energy remotely or in person .. at all - if anything, the experience of the recipient receiving distance healing/attunement tends to be more intense and has been my preference.

It is easy, inexpensive and super effective. If you are super sensitive and tend to be a self-study then 'In-person' attunements just might not suit you;

most people are more able to relax and meditate at home and on their own than they are in a room full of people or in front of another person.

Some people are restricted in travel or by commitments to family, work and so on.

Another consideration is the price! Most of those who offer in-person attunements have to charge much more for obvious reasons. How Do I receive My Distant Attunement?

Once an attunement is ready, you will be emailed with confirmation that you can call the attunement in and also with your certificate. If included ( please see individual attunements) Your certificate with have details of your 'lineage': A tradition with energy healing modalities dating back to Dr. Usui is that a record of the teachers who have passed down the line from the originator of the modality are detailed for you.

One of the most important things with attunements is that to fully receive the new vibration on all levels is to ground afterwards. But it is also important to work with the energy after attunement.

I recommend you spend time in meditation after the attunement, sensing the energy and making sure you allow yourself to fully accept and assimilate the new vibrations.

The assimilation part of receiving attunements varies with different modalities - some have more complex or intense attunements than others and may take several days to full 'ground' them. But regularly using the energy and grounding yourself afterwards ensures this takes place and you will get the most out of your attunement experience.

What To Expect

If you are new to attunements and energy you may not experience much during an attunement...it is true that the vast majority do...but there are many reasons that can prevent you tuning into subtle energies.

• First of all, being a beginner may mean you find it harder to suspend your focus and are concentrating on 'looking for a result'; this engagement of the conscious mind often means the process seems very subtle!

• Some people fall asleep - this is not unusual and nothing at all to worry about; sometimes it is a natural way for the body to fully receive the attunement and the sleep is often very healing. It is usually markedly different from normal sleep in that it is dreamless, short and you wake up feeling like you've had a good 8 hours!

• Some people may experience less intense attunements if they are physically tired or run down; at certain times of the menstrual cycle; if they are under any stress; after a heavy meal; if they have consumed alcohol, (which we do not recommend) and often as you progress in energy work and your natural subtle senses increase you will find you may be more sensitive to the effects of these things and decide to change them.

  It is best to remain open and expect anything and nothing of the attunement...common experiences are feelings of warmth or tingling; pressure around the crown area; seeing colors and sometimes even hearing strange resonant tones.

  But what you experience not only depends on your situation generally, but your state at that very particular time and also, what natural abilities you may have. This is why we recommend that you also make use of our Brain Entrainment attunement music , Affirmations and guided meditations in order to use more of you senses and thus strengthen your energy integration.

  When it comes to intuition, some people feel physical sensations of energy; others hear them; others see them as colors; some just sense them.

  Whatever your natural strength intuitively it usually follows the sense that is prevalent physically.

The Earth Star Chakra

The earth star chakra (often referred to as one of the subpersonal chakras) is located approximately 12-18 inches below the bottoms of the feet and is connected to the foot chakras.

It is usually brown or black in color. Also known as the “super root,” it aligns and connects the body and soul to the powerful energies within the magnetic core of planet earth.

Distinct from the root chakra, which is the grounding chakra of the seven-chakra system, the earth star chakra is the grounding point for an individual’s entire extended chakra system and their relationship to the collective planet and the universe. (Imagine the roots of a tree spreading infinitely out under the earth, strongly anchored, with its trunk standing tall and shooting up into the heavens.)

This chakra is also believed to hold the keys to past lives, karmic patterns and DNA origins. The earth star chakra is responsible for making us feel deeply connected to our own energies and those of the earth and the universe.

Activities such as using the computer, running errands, working, or just going through life at a hectic pace can cause you to become ungrounded.

Fully activating the earth star chakra allows you to stay fully grounded in spite of these day-to-day tasks.

The earth star chakra allows spiritual healers, psychics or anyone who interacts with people to release the excess energies they pick up from others by providing them the ability to draw from the earth’s vibrational energies to clear those unnecessary energies out.

When balanced, this chakra connects the etheric body to the physical world, creating security for the soul to fully express itself.

Characteristics of an individual with a balanced earth star chakra can include feeling deeply connected to our inherent inner powers, a connection to the collective planet and the universe, seeing the big picture, working for a greater cause, peace of mind and feeling secure.

Characteristics of an individual with an unbalanced earth star chakra might include a tendency to lose balance, vertigo, eating disorders, physical problems in the lower body (legs, hips, feet, pelvic region, knees, and ankles) and circulation problems.

What is the soul star chakras place in energy healing ?

Soul Star Chakra is located approximately 6 inches higher than the crown chakra. It is usually white and gold in color. Despite being outside of the body and above it, this chakra is often referred to as the “seat of the soul”.

This is because it can connect the soul to enlightenment by sending it divine light and love and spiritual awareness. It is the catalyst to heightening one’s relationship with the Universe.

Once this chakra is awakened from its dormant state, the soul ascends beyond the human ego, which allows people to experience a more enlightened, spiritual, joyful and healthy physical existence.

Within the seven-chakra system, the soul star chakra is also important.

The vital cosmic energy that is collected through the Stellar Gateway, located approximately 12 inches above the Soul Star chakra also makes this energy usable for stimulating and opening these main chakras.

Without it, these seven chakras would be unbalanced, leaving a person in a state of suffering. Some indicators of an individual with an unbalanced soul star chakra might be confusion, aloofness, feeling spaced out, headaches, migraines, paranoia, mental fatigue or depression.

Some indicators of an individual with a balanced soul star chakra can include feeling connected to a higher self, seeing the bigger picture in life, having peace of mind and feeling overall contentment.
