what is hypnotherapy?

Bad habits, Anxiety, Stress, phobias personality issues, negative health habits, addictions & mindset amongst other things ... are learnt behaviours

After all most of us aren’t born displaying any of these thoughts, emotions or behaviours,

Mostly these behaviours are learnt subconsciously as opposed to consciously ( or on purpose) so often we don’t know how or why we have learnt them.

Because they are subconscious learnt behaviours we can use Hypnotherapy & other proven therapies such as NLP & REBT to teach your brain to think, react and perceive emotions in a different more productive way and therefore change what is no longer working for you to something that does….
