Why Having Absolute Belief In Your Goal Is Necessary

When someone succeeds in life, people often ask, how did you do it? Its the same old question from everyone aspiring to achieve something to everyone who already did it. Some would tell you its luck or hard work but when you listen to them closely, you’ll hear their enthusiasm about their dreams. I can hear you whisper in your mind right now, so what?

These people believed in their dreams; they believed their dreams were not too much for them to reach or too weird to even propose to others. They believed in themselves and the goals they made and thats how they did it. Let me give you some reasons why having faith in your goal has a great impact in achieving it.

💕1. If you don’t, who else will?

You will have to start believing in your aspirations before anybody else will. Who would want to believe you if you yourself doubt your ideas? People will admire you and your pursuit when they see the sincerity in your confidence towards your dream. You’re responsible and obligated to believe in your goals before anyone else because that’s the only way you will find means to achieve them.

💕2. You are building your self-esteem.

There will be thousands of obstacles along the path when you decide to pursue your dream. Sometimes, these challenges will break you but you just have to keep going because its all part of the process. If you have enough confidence in your goals, you also have the same belief that you can surpass them all.

💕3. You mould yourself into positivity.

You, of all people, should know that a little bit of negativity will bring you and your goals down. If you really want to succeed in whatever you are aspiring to have or to become, you need to remain optimistic all the time. And that is not possible if you lack faith in your goals. You will have to keep the enthusiasm you had the first time the idea came into your mind to keep yourself surrounded with positivity.

💕4. You are ready to fail.

This is not intended to take your hope away from you. You will have to face the fact that failures are waiting along the way. They are there to make you stronger and to equip you to become the person you need to be when success is within your reach. If you don’t have enough faith in what you are pursuing, you will most likely get discouraged. But if you know the potential of your goals, you will not be fragile enough to break easily when discouragement comes.

Lastly, isn’t it nice to know how to answer the same old question, how did you do it? When that time comes, it will be your turn to inspire others.

💕5. How To Stick To Your Goal - The Most Difficult Step

💖Setting goals is the first step your living the dream. It is vital to achieving what you have always desired to have or desired to be. Although setting goals help paint a clearer picture of your future, it only keeps you motivated for so long. You may get bored after some time, and eventually completely lose your way around. If you want to be successful, that is something you should avoid. Here are a few tips so you won’t steer away from the goals you’ve always wanted to pursue.

💖Identify your goals. First, be clear about what you really want. Do not settle with others opinion about what you want to achieve. What matters here is what you want to do in life, and if it motivates you to become successful. By all means, stop listening to others who don’t really know what you desire, and start planning out your dream.

💖Break the goal into pieces. Some of your goals may look too big and impossible to accomplish and thats another reason why you might your eyes off your goals. When it already seems too impossible, analyse your goal piece by piece. See what you can do about it; sometimes, you just need to reset.

💖Get organised. This part is actually self-explanatory but often neglected. I assume you have already chosen the top priorities on your list of goals. If you ever feel lost in the whirl of your responsibilities, grab a free app where you can look back to your original purpose with your goal. Apps like Google Docs or Evernote are really helpful.

💖Get an accountability partner. You know who to talk to when all else fails. Yes, that person can be your accountability partner in setting and realising your goals. Telling someone about your goals will help remind you of what you need to do to get towards your dreams. That person will also remind you to work hard and motivate you to get back up when you feel discouraged.

💖Avoid toxic energy. Toxic energy can be found everywhere from people around you, your work, your environment, or even a Facebook post that stressed you out. You can always choose to ignore them. Remember the 90/10 principle by Stephen Covey. It states that 10% of life is made up of what happens to you, and 90% of life is decided by how you react. Whenever you perceive anything toxic coming your way, avoid them as soon as possible.

💖Holding on to your goal can be very challenging; however, that is the only way for you to see your dreams unfold in front of you, one after another.

How to Improve Your Mood Quickly

improve-mood.jpg with kimberley stapleton mind body soul spirit

Why Hypnotherapy can help you step out of bad moods rapidly

Whether you're grumpy, annoyed or feeling low, trying to make yourself feel better (in the wrong way) can be counter-productive.

Many people try to improve their mood by striving to figure out why they feel bad. As you may have noticed, this is a dead-end strategy because you just end up ruminating on what's making you feel bad.

How hypnotherapy can help improve your mood

The trick to improving your mood quickly is to work directly on changing your emotional state. Which sounds obvious, but it's easier said than done.

Which is where hypnotherapy comes in. Because hypnosis enables you to take deliberate control of your attention, and at the same time deeply relaxes you, it's perfect for changing your mood.

A Hypnotherapy session will first relax you deeply, then move your mind and body into a different state, where your emotions and hormonal balance will help you feel better.

It will enable your unconscious mind to bring forth a new, more relaxed, more upbeat emotion. You will enjoy deep, peaceful relaxation, and experience the old mood drifting away from you. You will get a refreshing break, and gain perspective on whatever was making you feel bad.

It is well known that laughter releases endorphins in the brain, nature's 'feel good' chemicals. The power of hypnosis will help you feel so much better, so quickly. Plus, you will learn practical information about what does and doesn't work to improve your mood.

Stuck in a rut? Time to get out!

stuck in a rut.png with kimberley stapleton mind body soul spirit

Hypnotherapy can help you change your life

Has your life got stuck in a rut that you feel you'll never get out of?

Are you sick and tired of the same old same old?

Routine and predictability have their merits, of course. We wouldn't feel particularly comfortable or happy living in a state of chaos where you never knew what was going to happen, or what you should be doing. So we do devote a substantial part of our energies to working out how to set up our lives so that we have some level of control and can plan ahead.

Indeed, many people draw immense satisfaction from getting their lives to conform as closely as possible to their particular notion of how life 'should be'. And it's also the case that some of us need and want a lot more routine in our lives than others.

But there can come a point when our quest for control, and predictability, turns from being a barrier keeping chaos out to being more like a prison keeping us locked in, wondering if we'll ever get parole. You can have too much predictability. Too much of doing the same things over and over. Seeing the same people over and over. Nothing new to stimulate and challenge you.

Why getting out of a rut can feel so hard

The trouble is, even when this realisation dawns on you, it's not exactly an easy thing to change! It's human nature to get used to things. We may no longer get much joy out of our surroundings, or our activities, but they're comfortable, we know how to deal with them, almost without thinking. Change requires effort. Not only that, but you can't guarantee the result. And that thought can be very daunting.

So how do you get over the inertia that prevents action and put the spark back in your life?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to bring about change

As you relax and listen in your Hypnotherapy session

  • a subtle yet powerful change will be taking place deep within you

  • you begin to look at your life with very different eyes

  • you start to notice more ways in which things really could be different

  • you set about experimenting with what will work for you

  • your life takes on a new sense of meaningful, purposeful excitement

Nine Habits That Are Bad for Your Body

Nine Habits That Are Bad for Your Body

_Happiness is a Habit Day 2.png

Hi Kimberley here,

Hope you’re having a great week so far,

Day 2 of taking a light hearted look at habits and why some are good and why some are bad for you .. that way you can choose which ones to keep and also which ones it might not be a bad idea to change :)

Enjoy, and here’s to a transformative 2021

Kimberley xx

Some habits can develop without you even realizing it. Plus, you may not know that they are very bad for your body. If you want to avoid habits that harm your body, read about these nine body-damaging habits that you can overcome.

1. Over-Exercising – Some exercise is good for you, but too much is damaging. This is something that most professional athletes totally understand because often their bodies are harmed too. You may only see the event that shows them at their best. The best thing is to exercise moderately and stop if you hurt.

2. Staying Up Late – It’s not going to harm you if you stay up late sometimes, but doing it regularly and still getting up on time can truly harm your body. You can end up having more cardiovascular disease and digestive issues if you stay up too late all the time.

3. Sitting Too Much – One of the worst things you can do for your life is to sit all the time. That cannot be helped if your job requires sitting. However, it's important to understand that sitting will harm your circulation, cardiovascular health, and contributes to obesity. The good news is you only need to exercise about 20 to 30 minutes a day for every four hours you sit to mitigate the damage.

4. Skipping Meals – It’s so tempting to skip meals when you’re busy, but this can be worse for you than you think. You may develop issues with your blood sugar, you might not get enough vitamins and minerals, and you may not be your best at work or at play without enough nutrition.

5. Emotional Eating – If you find that you eat due to being sad, happy, or feeling any other emotion, it’s good to stop this habit because it can lead to obesity - or even worse, eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.

6. Not Hydrating – If you don’t drink at a minimum of eight glasses of fresh filtered water each day, you are probably walking around dehydrated. When you pee, your pee should be almost clear or a very pale clear shade of yellow. It should not smell bad either. If you do have dark pee and it smells, drink more water. Water helps you process vitamins, minerals, and rid your body of toxins via your kidneys.

7. Poor Posture – If you don’t know how to sit, stand, or walk properly and you habitually do it incorrectly, eventually it will cause problems. Many people have severe hip problems simply from poor posture that limits mobility when they get older.

8. Binge Drinking – Drinking a drink or two a day is not bad for you. However, if you tend to overdo it when you drink, you may want to consider not drinking. If you binge drink, you may make poor decisions while you’re drunk, or you may simply end up sick with alcohol poisoning.

9. Smoking – Outside of sitting for more than four hours a day, smoking is the next thing on your list that is super-bad for your body. Smoking boosts your blood pressure, puts chemicals into your system and can cause cancer, stroke, and heart attack.

Ridding your life of habits that harm your body is a good choice. Don’t try to tackle every one of the bad habits at once, though. Instead, attack one bad habit at a time. Work on replacing that bad habit with a healthy habit over 30 to 90 days to ensure you’ve beat it before moving on to the next.

Look out for tomorrow’s “Day 3… Seemingly Harmless Habits That Are Actually Bad for You”

If you would like any help quitting any of the above habits please don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or whatsapp on 00356 99355901 or you can email info@hypnotic-downloads.com

Have a great, safe day

Kimberley

How to Be Happier

Some Tips on How To Be Happier

ways to be happy.jpg

Research has shown that we are born with a set point for happiness. That means you have an inbuilt level of happiness determined by your genes.  So even if we win the lottery our happiness levels will raise for a short time but then eventually go back down to the original level. Sorry to say but more money doesn’t in the long term make you happier.

The good news is that we can change this set point. Plus or minus 10% is attributed to your surroundings and the people around you, over which many of us have little or no control unless we choose to.

The remaining percentage is in our control and can be changed as much as 40% by integrating some small changes.

1. Be grateful

Having a grateful attitude has proven to make significant positive changes in brain and levels of happiness. So at the end of the day just think of 5 small things that you can be grateful for even things as small as seeing a child smile.

2. Close Relationships

Sorry to say this but if you have negative people around you they will drag you down, cultivate positive relationships. I know that we can’t choose our families but we can certainly choose our friends.

3. Find some meaning in your life

Unfulfilled in your life? Try to remember what you really enjoyed as a child and look for ways to include some of this in your life

4. Good partners

Yes it’s true a good marriage based on mutual respect, trust and nurturing will raise your happiness level

5. Forgiveness

Yes I know its hard but not holding onto past grievances and forgiving free up happiness.

6. Being optimistic

If you hear yourself talking negatively STOP and change the wording. How we talk to ourselves has massive affect on levels of happiness.
