Ancestral healing is the process of revealing and releasing inherited wounds and traumas that have been passed down by our ancestors. Anyone researching their heritage will uncover both positive and negative issues that pass through the bloodlines from one generation to the next. Once we understand the effects our family has had on our wellbeing, I can heal their influences and celebrate their legacy.

From little unexplained mishaps, to discord within your own energetic or physical structure; from simple inability to seem to move in the direction that is best for you (even though on a surface you are very likely an ideal successful self) to full-blown inability to build a new family unit yourself.
